The Venue Sitting atop ivy, the recently refreshed Uccello takes cues from the Southern Italian coastline with an elegant menu featuring light, fresh flavours. Our kitchen works closely with small-scale NSW farmers and producers, with head chef Noel Jelfs ensuring only the highest quality ingredients make it to the plate. Traditional Italian techniques such as wood-firing inspire the seasonal menu, with a grand wood-fire oven sitting at the heart of the kitchen. The Role This role has become available due to an internal promotion, meaning we are looking for our next talented Sous Chef to join the highly experienced team at Uccello.
