Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Account management
Servicing and developing existing customer base in Newcastle, and from the Central Coast to north of Newcastle
Co-ordinating with internal sales departments
Responding to all phone/email sales enquiries in a timely manner
Preparing sales quotes and following up
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
Successfully meeting and exceeding KPIs
Increasing market share through excellent customer service
Ensuring customer base are regularly updated
Conducting site visits to advise the best product
