Are you an experienced real estate administrator passionate about delivering high quality customer service?   The position of Reception & Agent Support with Place could be just what youre looking for. This is the perfect opportunity to join a vibrant team and develop your existing skillset. This position will be best suited to those that thrive in a task driven environment and can work to strict timelines. Previous real estate experience is preferable, but we are open to training up a strong administrator with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be available to work full-time completing all duties whilst ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house.     What will the day-to-day look like?

Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues;
Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
Manage and maintain the meeting
