About the Job
- Manage a portfolio of recruitment/selection/resourcing needs that support Rest’s business plan and people strategy and work collaboratively with leaders in their fulfillment.
- Ensure that Rest’s recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels.
- Participate in negotiation of agreements with external recruitment providers.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and resourcing programs.
- Coaches’ managers on recruitment approach, selection methods, talent management, outsourcing, etc.
- Coach and develop employees on career development strategies, actively promoting internal career advancement opportunities.
- Identifies opportunities to leverage capability and develop internal talent.
