Reporting to the Commercial Director in French head office, this full-time role is based in Melbourne and be in charge of promoting and selling tunnel-related products, services and solutions, ensuring the client’s commercial technical development in Australia, the rest of Oceania Region and South-East Asia. Duties include but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
• Prospect new markets and clients by using existing network, company resources, partners and other relevant channels
• Create and animate agents network in the area
• Drive group Sales on the area by implementing short- and long-term sales strategies
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
• Provide technical advices and solutions to clients’ enquiries
• Quote, negotiate and sell company’s tunnel-related products, projects and solutions
• Liaise with head office to arrange resources and logistics to meet clients’ needs
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfactory, offer technical assistance and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, business partners, agents and prescribers
• Participate in regional and international industrial fairs and conferences to understand the latest market conditions as well as exploring new sales opportunities
• Provide regular report and feedback to the sales management of the head office to reflect clients’ changing needs in Australia and the rest of the region
• Actively seek more competitive local suppliers
Requirements
• At least bachelor’s degree from Engineering or Commerce school
• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in leading and managing international industrial projects
• Strong ability in sales, business development and negotiation in the Area
• Capable of providing technical advices and assistance when necessary
• Outstanding skills in communication and stakeholder relationship management
• Excellent networking skills, (preferable with an existing network in Australia)
• Fluent in both English and French
• Good knowledge in Asian countries
• Travel ability: 50%
