Roccella Italian Restaurant is now looking for an experienced Cook to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Helping the chefs create and modify the restaurant’s menu;
Preparing and delivering dishes from the selected menu;
Ensuring high-quality food production and preparation;
Organising all the ingredients that the chefs will need on a daily basis;
Ensuring the temperatures of the oven and grills are proper for food preparation;
Helping the chefs finalising dishes, including garnishing, adding sauces and portioning food;
Overseeing stocking;
Maintains and inspects kitchen equipment and utensils;
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Cook;
Ability to produce an excellent culinary and restaurant experience for clients;
Extremely creative;
Excellent time management, scheduling, managerial, and organisational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure;
