This position is vital to ensuring that ACT Property Group understands and delivers services to meet or exceed customer expectations where possible. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing the team to provide the first point of contact for customers. In this role you will act as the tenancy manager and coordinate and liaise with other teams in ACT Property Group and Government to provide solutions to customer problems.
