We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Control Manager. As a pivotal team member working alongside the Grading Floor Manager and 2IC, this position will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality eggs from our Grading Floor.
Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
Ensure adherence to legislation, including Safe-Food Queensland, SQF, HACCP, and Food Standards Australia.
Uphold McLean Farms' internal quality standards and practices through robust testing, monitoring, and recording procedures.
Prioritise alignment with customer quality standards.
Oversee the development and implementation of extensive testing procedures.
