The Opportunity
Our Laboratory Operations Manager will work with our key strategic and technical leaders to efficiently manage the operations of our state-of-the-art, NATA-accredited laboratory in Hazelmere, Perth. You will oversee the direction, training and development of day-to-day operations of our laboratory and field staff.
As a laboratory manager of a NATA-accredited facility, you will need to maintain certifications and potentially acquire new accreditations for new or refined testing methods. The key responsibilities of this role include;
Day-to-day management of the laboratory including organisation and delegation of field and laboratory work.
Coordinate and manage workflows to maximise the use of laboratory time and resources.
