the role of construction manager is to undertake responsibility for the planning and delivery of the m&e aspects of construction activities and work collaboratively with alongside other construction disciplines delivering the overall project while working to achieve client requirements.

ensure construction activities on projects to ensure that standards of safety, quality, cost, and schedules are met.
undertake construction administration and delegate responsibilities as required.
plan and stage construction works, particularly in the operating railway environment, as well as new works.
coordinate and monitor construction resource requirements to determine any changes required in employee numbers to achieve present and future project objectives.
