Position Description With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their collaborative team on a permanent basis, and cement strong relationships to facilitate future company growth and success.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate and process end to end Accounts Receivable function
Daily allocation and receipting of payments
Daily bank reconciliations
Manage billing and invoicing
Follow up on outstanding accounts
Manage overdue accounts and set up payment plans where necessary
Debtor reporting on a weekly basis
Investigate and resolve discrepancies / irregularities
Handling telephone
