The Role
Reporting to the CFO, this position is a key member of the leadership team and is tasked with responsibility for leading and providing high quality commercially oriented category market data and related insights, driving Revenue Growth initiatives, financial scenario planning, strategic planning and overseeing the development of channel & customer strategic plans and portfolio optimisation.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing 35-year commercial projections by category across tonnage, net sales revenue, promotional costs and sales contribution. Guiding the long-term commercial base plans for purpose of strategy development
Identify and develop long term profitability growth enablers including, but not limited to, trading terms negotiations, cost out initiatives (pack weight), customer growth incentives.
Key business decision support i.e. price increase planning, business tenders, innovation project costings/value chain scenarios & analysis, portfolio and category income statements and related planning scenarios
