Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, the Mobilisation Administrator is responsible for providing timely and effective site mobilisation administrative services for the Branch, Service Team, and our customers to ensure our employees meet industry and site access requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Book training, medicals, inductions and any associated appointments required to maintain site access requirements
Maintain a database and calendar of site induction requirements and work with Service Technicians to create / maintain site access across all of Liebherrs customer sites
Maintain information in customer portals
Process travel bookings
Work with the Service Supervisor to forecast induction requirements for upcoming work
Weekly/Monthly reporting

Experience with heavy industry compliance requirements
High level written communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Highly organised and personable
Ability to take initiative and identify solutions
