Responsibilities:
- Conducting field services in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs.
- Providing trainings and support to regional service engineers and service partners.
- Providing remote support to customers through telephone and email.
- Ensuring that the field services comply with the work health and safety requirements.
- Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering.
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
- Excellent and professional customer service skills.
- Able to travel overseas regularly in the APAC region (primarily within Southeast Asia).
- Superior time management and organisational skills.
- Be a team player and great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent follow up skills.
- Responsible for the work and your customer.
- Experience in a technical support or customer service role within the solar PV industry.
- Hands-on experience in PV inverter repairs and commissioning.
