Responsible for analyzing data, understanding complex back-end systems, and writing comprehensive requirements.
Your expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity knowledge will be essential in driving our projects to success.
Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, requirement writing, stakeholder communication, problem solving, etc.
Key Qualifications:
3-5 years Technical Business Analyst related experience, with a strong focus on data analysis and understanding of back-end systems.
Knowledge and experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions and identity management principles.
Experience with API documentation and creating sequence diagrams using Swagger or similar
Technical BA experience within health insurance, general insurance, Superannuation, or financial domains
