Job Title: Full-time ICT Account Manager
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
Duties and Skills
• Responsible for acquiring new business from end customers through lead generation, relationship building with key stakeholders
• Identifying the opportunities for selling IT services and solutions and ensuring high quality services
• Extend existing customer relationships by consistently proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Manage and coordinate all activities between company and the end customer; promote company portfolio of solutions to defined verticals.
• Obtaining knowledge of competitors ' products and services, along with market trends to formulate competitive strategies.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets and segments.
• Project progress reviewing with technical teams and make adjustments as needed. Responsible for overall end to end project operation and delivery.
• Responsible for follow-ups on the delivery of goods, the installation of equipment, and the provision of services in a timely manner.
• Researching and contributing to the company’s strategic planning by providing insights into market trends, clients feedback
• Responsible for resolving conflicts, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
• Managing and overseeing budgets for client projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Job Requirements
• Have a bachelor’s or higher degree of qualification is required
• Have 2 years professional experience or more
• Proven track record in sales and account planning
• Experience in surveillance and intelligent collaboration products would be an advantage
• Have relevant ICT knowledge is an advantage
• Well communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Proven track record in sales and business development is an advantage
• Ability to travel domestically.
