Company Your new company is an Australian owned and operated company with over two decades of operations here in Australia. Due to recent upgrades and expansions, they are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their team on a fixed afternoon shift roster. Role In your role as the Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for responding to machinery breakdowns as well as carrying out preventative maintenance and upgrades. Working alongside production to ensure maximum machine uptime around repairs/breakdowns/upgrades. You will also have involvement in new machinery installation projects. Requirements The successful candidate will ideally have:
Relevant trade qualifications
Ideally 3 years of experience working as a maintenance fitter
Ideally experience within a FMCG or manufacturing environment
Those with any relevant additional certificates or tickets will be highly desirable
Strong H S attitude
