About The Role
The Site Manager / Foreman will oversee and manage a job site from start to finish.
You will work closely with the Construction Manager and company Director.
Salary between $130,000 and $160,000 super.
Duties
Site management of trades.
Quality assurance.
Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
Scheduling trades.
Ordering materials.
Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
Site progress reports.
Site inductions and toolbox talks.

Skills & Experience
Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
