Annual salary of $52,717 11.5% super

Working across region as required to support clients
About the role
Undertake phone or face to face assessments with clients, refer identified high need or complex cases to Case Managers and undertake case noting and referrals to external and internal agencies.
To be considered for these positions, you will have:
Minimum of Certificate III in Community Services and/or at least 2 years' experience in case management support of clients from CALD backgrounds
A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
A current valid Driver Licence for Victoria
Strong written communication, report writing and word processing skills
Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills
