This well regarded, Commercial Litigation focussed firm offers exposure to a diverse Litigation workload including Debt Recovery, General Commercial Litigation and Insolvency. Your new role As a Junior Litigation Lawyer, you will be an integral part of their litigation team, working on a variety of general commercial litigation and debt recovery matters. The firm has a stronghold on the financial industry which make up most of their clientele. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Assisting with the preparation and management of litigation files
Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
Attending court appearances and mediations
Advising clients on commercial litigation issues and risks
Collaborating with senior lawyers on complex cases
What you'll need to succeed
0-3 years PAE with at least 1 year of experience in commercial litigation
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
