The Role:
The purpose of this position is to work with the Supply Chain team at MTCM to enter previous orders that have been made into our Agiloft system to ensure compliance with procurement processes.
Responsibilities:

Entering all details of prior orders into the Agiloft system.
Verifyinng the purchase order details to ensure correct information is input.
Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance mandates affecting procurement.
Coordinating with internal supply chain team and departments to ensure all details are correct.
Follow all relevant GxP regulations, guidelines, and company policies you will need to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements are met.
Execute tasks precisely as defined in internal guiding documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Follow Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements to ensure data, documentation, and records are completed and
