Your role as an experienced chef!

As an Experienced Chef, you'll be adding your passion and skills to our kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner items (roster dependent) according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times.
Adhere to food safety regulations while handling ingredients, cooking utensils, and equipment.
Work closely with other kitchen staff and broader team to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Assist with monitoring stock levels of food supplies and placing orders as needed.
Adapt to menu changes and special requests from senior chefs or management.
Bring ideas, passion, enthusiasm for cooking and guest satisfaction.

What you can bring to our kitchen!

Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment (hotel experience preferred but not required).
Ability to deliver breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service.
Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
Extensive knowledge of food industry regulations, food safety standards, and culinary trends.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
