The UX / Digital Copywriter is a vital part of our Marketing team, focusing on creating engaging content that elevates the user experience for Montu’s B2C services. As a member of our dynamic and collaborative Brand team, you will work on a range of materials, including eDMs, blogs, website content, editorial pieces, and microcopy. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your copy aligns with our brand voice and effectively meets user needs, all while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.
Copywriting & Messaging:
○ Work with the Copy Director and Head of Brand to provide UX copy support across a range of Montu marketing channels, including Growth, CRM, CRO, PR, Social and Creative.
○ Write and edit clear, concise and persuasive copy for web pages, eDMs, mobile apps and other digital interfaces ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
○ Deliver messaging strategies and supporting comms across a range of marketing campaigns.
○ Enhance the effectiveness of lifecycle email communications through strategic content development.
○ Craft engaging and concise marketing eDMs, blogs, website content & app microcopy that resonate with the target audience.
○ Review and update support articles and UX copy to provide accurate and user-friendly information.
○ Ensure best practice standards are met and adhered to across all communications and channels.
○ Contribute creative ideas and strategies for campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach a broader audience.
Content Creation:
Writing, editing and maintaining high-quality content for Montu’s portfolio of B2C brands.
○ Conduct in-depth research on the industry to stay informed about trends, regulations, and consumer preferences.
○ Conduct competitive analyses of other brand’s platforms and communication channels.
○ Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and content.
○ Collaborate with UX designers, product managers and developers to understand user needs and behaviour, incorporating insights into your copy to improve user experience and engagement.
