This is an opportunity for an all-round marketer to join the NSW Residential Project Marketing team, supporting the Project Managers and Project Directors in executing project marketing strategies, and delivering communications and marketing initiatives.
- Set up and manage projects in various systems (Dev ID, Particle, CRM, Avanser) and maintain project display suites collateral.
- Manage online property listings, email campaigns, and social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Liaise with clients, advertising, media & PR agencies, architects, and other consultants to manage deliverables and communications.
- Organise and manage project launches, client and customer events, and provide support for project updates.
- Compile and produce digital magazines, eDMs, and marketing collateral, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide reports and presentations for client meetings, assist with client invoicing, and manage database communications strategies.
- Execute Colliers NSW Residential brand initiatives (B2B and B2C).
