A night in the life of our Night Auditor consists of:
- Providing exceptional guest service at all times
- Assisting with all overnight operations of the hotel, including; reception, switchboard, reservations and room service
- Conducting auditing of all payment transactions, daily revenue and postings throughout the hotel, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Preparation and distribution of relevant reports
- Assisting with the management of hotel security and emergency procedures
- Ensure necessary handover of information is passed on to the oncoming shift.
