A successful candidate for this role has built collaborative client relationships; understands the digital advertising landscape; is ?uent in programmatic advertising and the RTB landscape; excels in fast-paced startup environments; and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will report to the APAC Director of Client Success and work closely with the Sales, Supply, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure client success across both managed and self-service advertising campaigns.
What you’ll do:
? Manage Vistar’s demand clients across managed and self-service buys
? Understand the Vistar Media platform, its core product offerings, and the ability to communicate how it can meet client objectives
? Respond to client briefs and create comprehensive media plans for existing and potential clients
? Partner with Sales to manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, asset management, and delivery to achieve campaign success
? Grow client platform usage, expertise and improve results through training and onboarding self-service clients
? Communicate directly with agencies, brands, DSPs, internal teams, and external vendors as necessary
? Upsell and renew existing clients with innovative ideas that focus on retention and growing business
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance product capabilities to improve and streamline user experience
What experience we’re looking for:
? Bachelor’s degree
? 3-5 years experience working in a client success role within the digital media or advertising industry, programmatic space, or ad tech ?eld
? Experience with the programmatic ecosystem, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs
? Understanding of ad tech, media buying, planning, ad operations, traf?cking, and analytics
? Pro?ciency working in Excel, ad platforms, ad veri?cation, and with measurement partners such as DCM, Sizmek, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, Foursquare, IRI, etc.
Salary $70,000.00 to $100,000.00
