As a Labour Hire Recruitment Consultant at HLH Group your role will involve:
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and to supply them suitable workers.
Candidate Sourcing - Identify and attract quality candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening and Interviewing - Conduct thorough thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and ensure all candidates are fully compliant
Compliance - Ensure all placements adhere to Safework, immigration and other relevant industry regulations.
Performance Tracking - Monitor candidate performance on placements regularly to ensure that the quality of worker remains high, and that client feedback is positive
Business Development - Expand our client base by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in the labour hire or construction sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
