The role
We are seeking a self-motivated Transport / Operations / Depot Supervisor to successfully lead a tight-knit Morning Operations team.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring operational KPIs are achieved to meet our service delivery targets and promote the Safety-Above-All culture.
The incumbent will manage daily completion of team tasks as well as delegating first level employee related activities (including performance management, development discussions, employee related administration, and supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities).
The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Manager Operations.
