This is a great opportunity for dedicated individual with experience to join our team as a Monitoring Centre Operator. Our Monitoring Centre provides 24/7 security surveillance completing alarm and emergency service response to our clients.

Successful candidates must be available for training Monday - Friday business hours for the first 3 weeks of the role.
This role will be responsible for the following:
Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV
Identification of potential incidents
Attending to high volume of outbound / inbound call
Liaison with police & our internal stakeholders and clients
