Our client is an outstanding Landlord and its diverse portfolio includes quality retail, commercial and industrial properties across Australia.
They are seeking a financially astute Retail Property Manager to join their team in delivering best practice management services and build upon its excellent relationships at a shopping centre in Perths southern suburbs. This is a 12 month FTC however is very likely to go perm.
Additional duties include
Collate, report and analyse retailer feedback and performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with current retailers, assist with onboarding new retailers and ensure that they adhere to their lease terms.
