The main focus of this role will be to manage our training and assessment portfolio, ensuring that we comply with appropriate regulatory compliance, and maximise the benefits of this program for our workforce. This role will be responsible for:
Ensuring the site meets its compliance obligations with respect to mandatory training requirements
Designing and developing training and assessment materials for operational training and assessment of manufacturing
