A leading ASX-listed organisation is seeking a skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver financial analysis and partner closely with operations.
The Role
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will report to the National Manager and be responsible for providing commercial and analytical support to manage, monitor, and control all financial and commercial activities within a key QLD/NSW business division.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with state managers for financial analysis, providing guidance for improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present comprehensive KPI reports, detailed financial reports, and monthly variance analysis and insights to senior management.
Support state operational managers in business improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and Capex request management, ensuring effective budgeting and presentation packages.
Assist in corporate reporting, budget coordination, maintenance of finance systems, and adherence to commercial and financial policies.
