THE OPPORTUNITY
Stratco is seeking an experienced Training Lead to play a pivotal role in a major ERP implementation. Based in our Adelaide head office, with some travel across Australia and New Zealand, you will lead the project training program and identify best practice training techniques to embed new systems and technology.
This company-wide role requires an excellent communicator skilled at engaging people at all levels of the organisation. Your strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex processes will be crucial. Practical experience in end-user training, particularly with online learning management systems, is essential. Prior experience with Oracle Guided Learning and/or Articulate e-learning will be advantageous.
