Your New Role
As the first point of contact, you will handle a high volume of inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups
Managing calls and communications via live chat, email, and social media.
Assisting customers with various banking needs such as opening accounts, internet banking, payment transfers, foreign exchange, credit cards, and insurance products.
Conducting outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and welcome new customers.
Ensuring queries are managed professionally and efficiently in line with bank policies and procedures.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Previous experience in customer service roles such as call centres, retail, hospitality, or administrative positions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills and navigating multiple systems.
Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to multitask.
Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services is a plus but not essential.
Successful candidates must be available to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, and rotational Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
