We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to take a role within a busy private practice (Drovers Elite Physio) in the Wanneroo area in Perth.
The right candidate for this role will have a minimum 7 years experience (FT equivalent) in Physiotherapy, and have a proven track record of success with managing junior clinicians and team expectations.
The ideal candidate will also have experience creating mentoring opportunities for colleagues and junior staff, and be confident to manage a caseload of Musculoskeletal, Sports, Neuro and Pain-specific patients, independently.
Expectations of this role include
- Maintaining KPIS associated with Senior Physiotherapist Title
- Maintaining and building key referrer relationships
- Maintaining and building community relations
- Commitment to building and growing your "Community Contributor"
- Mentoring Junior Staff
- Contributing to our online presence (blog posts, website and social media)
- Contributing to our online learning material
The ideal candidate will be interested in ongoing PD opportunities the company offers and creates and will want to play an active role in team and social events.
Hours of work expected would be 38/week, with after-hours work required.
Active participation in our Community Outreach, community programs and professional advocacy is required with this role.
The ideal candidate will ideally be available to commence early 2025.
