SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Newcastle Airport.
As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Selling additional over the counter rental products
- Managing reservations and organising fleet
- Speaking with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
- Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
- Delivering vehicles between sites
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
