About the Role: 

As a Customer Service & Claims Consultant you will be the voice representing our insurance partner, IAG, resolving customers motor insurance claims. Your role would encompass supporting customers through this process and commence the repair process and provide an exceptional experience to customers. You will build rapport, and provide a positive customer experience, whilst effectively resolving their enquiry.

This role offers you the ability to build strong connections with your customers, ensuring they are provided with the highest level of customer experience as you support the end-to-end management of their claim. To support your competency in this role, your leaders will provide you with regular coaching ensuring you are set up for success!  

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Interaction: Receive and manage customer calls regarding their automotive insurance claims. Build genuine rapport, provide a positive experience, and resolve their inquiries efficiently.
  • Outbound Calls: Reach out to third-party businesses to arrange repairs and assessments for automotive claims.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust with customers, managing their claims with a personal touch and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
  • Collaboration: Work with suppliers and repairers to validate and process claims. Keep detailed records and manage expectations effectively.
