About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Core Developer to act as a Team Lead, responsible for leading the development of innovative software solutions. This role is critical in shaping our technology stack and ensuring the high performance of our applications. You will be the technical anchor in our Melbourne team, driving project success with your extensive expertise in Microsoft Technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and oversight.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and compliance standards.
- Integrate complex payment gateways and ensure compliance with PCI requirements.
- Design, build, and support mobile applications and web services.
- Oversee the architectural design and ongoing development of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product development and deployment.
Requirements:
- Experience in software development with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .Net Core, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Web API Services, and Azure.
- Proven track record of working with complex payment gateway integrations and PCI compliance.
- Strong background in cloud services (Azure), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Apple Connect, Google Developer, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Ability to work independently and lead complex projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.
