Haynes currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to work for a well-known client in Mackay QLD.
Requirements:
Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Supervisor.
Follow up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests with the Service Supervisor.
Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX software.
Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any mossing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis.
Action taks relating to outside purchase orders as requested.
