Perform reactive and planned preventative maintenance and testing as directed by supervisors.
Carry out the installation and repair of pipes, drains, and related equipment for water supply, gas, drainage, and sewerage.
Contribute to overall site maintenance performance and the achievement of maintenance goals.
Record all inspection results and report anomalies.
Work under limited supervision and assist other trades team members as needed.
Ensure completion of all safety and quality documentation as required.
Engage in promoting better practices and new innovations.
