Benefits Competitive salary package Opportunities for career growth and development Work with a talented and diverse team Task & Responsibilities Evaluate organisational structures, project details, and functional statements to assess worker roles, responsibilities, and areas of duplication. Develop labour utilisation standards by establishing work measurement programs and analysing work samples. Design joinery equipment, machines, components, and products for manufacturing, along with plant and system layouts for construction. Create manufacturing specifications, and determine the necessary materials, equipment, material flows, capacities, and plant layouts. Liaising with Project Managers, Builders, and Installers to ensure projects are run smoothly and efficiently Organise and manage project labour for a joinery design team, including cooperation with factory manager and CNC operators Analyse workforce use, facility layouts, operational data, and production schedules to enhance worker and equipment efficiencies. Develop and implement standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance in line with engineering principles and safety regulations. Regularly inspect operations to ensure optimal performance. Direct equipment maintenance, and coordinate new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules as required. Qualification & Experience Relevant qualifications in Engineering Desirable qualifications in Project Management Proven experience in a similar role within the production or manufacturing sector. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimising production efficiency. Excellent project management and organisational abilities. Knowledge of engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes for manufacturing and technologies.
