Synaco has partnered with an industry leading waste management company due to continued growth they are seeking Plant Operators for a site in ROCKDALE
Tenure: Ongoing temp to perm
Days & Hours: Monday Friday 8am-4pm
Pay rate: ORD $p.h Super
Duties:
Operating earthmoving equipment (e.g. waste compactors, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers etc)
Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
Work safely and in accordance with the site rules at all times.
Report safety incidents and hazard immediately.
Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures.
Ideal candidate:
Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
Previous experience in civil construction industry or waste industry
Commitment to safety
Self-motivated
Mechanical aptitude
Experience and or qualifications in operating a variety
