Based in Shepparton or Cobram, the role of Team Leader - Water Treatment Operations will require you to lead and drive the operational performance of the Water Treatment team at Goulburn Valley Water, ensuring service delivery objectives are met.
You will set the standard for safety and develop a culture of service excellence, teamwork and open communication throughout the team.
Relevant experience in leading an operational team and proven skills in works management, will ensure your success in the role.
