ABOUT THE BRANCH & SECTION The Service Delivery Office (SDO) is an organisational unit within the Department of Finances Shared Services Division. Working in partnership across the Australian Government, the SDO delivers corporate transactional processing and technical services to 15 government entity clients, enabling them to focus on their core business. The SDOs Enterprise Resource Planning system provides clients with integrated functional business processes such as HR, financials, procurement and business intelligence reporting. The SDO, as a fully cost recovered unit under the SDO Special Account operates on a continuous improvement basis to seek ongoing efficiencies and increase value for money for our clients.
