Join our locally owned and operated Maroochydore based business, with over 20 years’ experience in supporting Sunshine Coast Businesses through providing quality Point of Sale support and supplies.
As we continue to grow, a full-time opportunity (5 days per week) role as our receptionist is available for an individual who is able to use initiative.
The role entails being the first line of customer contact, responding and actioning incoming correspondence, entering accounts receivable and payable, maintaining /monitoring the calendar, assigning work as needed, and assisting maintaining a safe, clean work environment for all.

The role will suit a candidate who has:
Good Customer Relations
Good Communication Skills
Completed Senior Maths
Values Quality, Professionalism and Customer Satisfaction
Problem Solving Abilities

Experience required:
Good Computer Literacy especially in Microsoft
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
Reckon experience or similar accounting package.
Current drivers' licence. (preferred)
Holds a Certificate in Business 1,2 or 3


Suited to someone who is willing to learn on the job, has a strong work ethic, good communication and problem-solving skills, strong mathematics abilities and able to problem solve.

Remuneration:
Award conditions apply.

Work conditions:
Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
