Position: Project Administrator - Rope Access Division
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with work experience
Game Cleaning offers top-quality services in several cleaning services tailored to meet the needs of our clients in Commercial, Industrial, and Construction cleaning with complimentary services such as Spot and Carpet cleaning. As our business grows, we have an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our team, where the successful applicant will co-ordinate and oversee project requirements for our rope access cleaning division and provide quality customer care to our industrial and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
• Proven track record (min. 2 years' experience) in a project administrator role within the facilities services/maintenance industry, with a focus on industrial and commercial rope access window cleaning/remedial building facade cleaning services
• Liaise with stakeholders, understand their needs, and make recommendations as needed
• Plan and implement work projects so that it is completed in a timely manner, within budget, and to the client's specifications
• Responsible for day-to-day administration of rope access cleaning project works
• Preparation of rosters and timesheets for rope access staff, as well as contractors working on projects
• Ensure that rope access staff and contractors adhere to workplace health and safety standards, especially regulations for working at height
• Order materials and tools required to complete projects
• Be the point of contact for clients and suppliers
• Maintain accurate data, records, and documentation relating to all projects
• Maintain satisfactory key performance indicator levels
• Support project management from initiation to completion
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least a Diploma or Adv. Diploma in project management or a relevant field
• Proven track record (min. 2 years' experience) in a project administrator role within the facilities services/maintenance industry, with a focus on industrial and commercial rope access window cleaning/remedial building facade cleaning services
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of between $70,000 to $80,000 + superannuation, relevant to experience.
