Application Support Analyst job available at Software organisation | Adelaide | Permanent | ASAP Your new company A National Software organisation requires an Application Support Analyst for a permanent opportunity based in Adelaide, commencing ASAP. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
Supporting, implementing and troubleshooting software for the SIT, UAT and Production environments.
Conducting application upgrades and ensuring ongoing security compliance.
Liaising with customers (internal and external) at all levels, to ensure an optimum relationship.
Ensuring the knowledgebase is kept up-to-date with documentation and procedures.
Participating in a rotating on-call roster every 4 - 6 weeks (paid).
To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience providing Web Application support.
Proven experience with SQL and Jira / Remedy / ServiceNow ITSM tools.
Working knowledge of AWS cloud and DevOps is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as AWS and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
Experience working within a Financial service, Banking or Software organisation is advantageous.
