We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Assistant to join a friendly team in Southern Suburbs.

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day insurance tasks, including client liaison, plus home, strata & motor renewal processing, and general office duties.
Provide, domestic home, strata & motor quotes.
Provide administrative support as required.
Respond to client and insurer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience within the insurance industry is desirable though definitely not essential.
Previous experience in Insight will be advantageous though training can be provided..
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
A strong customer focus with the ability to produce positive outcomes.
