About the role
ARC is seeking an Area Manager with exceptional leadership capabilities to lead and manage our Glendenning and Revesby sites as well a Key Account Managers team.
This role involves multi-site leadership, ensuring safe and efficient operations whilst managing a large and growing portfolio of customers in the commercial segment (Tier 3 and Tier 2). You will be a proven sales and operations leader who can optimise operational processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness and successfully drive sales performance. You will have the opportunity to make your mark executing and delivering on exciting business growth plans and capital investment.
