About the Opportunity
Be the key contact for client families, providing them with end-to-end service and support, from the initial consultation to closing out accounts and communications post-service.
Your role will include:
Meeting with client families and provide advice and guidance on their options to personalise service arrangements to their needs including cultural, traditional and personal preference
Oversee the arrangements including on the funeral day
